These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the k444 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By using the k444 website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• You must use only a payment account registered in your own name.

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount, and it applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposited funds.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in both accounts being cancelled.
• k444 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

• If bonus abuse is suspected, k444 may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 VIP Program

k444's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). You can advance to higher tiers through active gaming. Full details of VIP benefits are listed on the relevant page.

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

• All games are operated following fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a technical error occurs during a game session, that round may be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• Using software or scripts that are outside the rules is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute during a game session, k444's own logs and records will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k444 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as claiming bonuses through arranged bets or fake transactions.

• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Colluding or forming syndicates with the intent to harm other members.
• Submitting false identity documents or other falsified records.
• Impersonating k444 staff.
• Playing games using automated scripts, bots, or specialized software.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, k444 may immediately cancel the account and forfeit all deposited and won funds.

8.1 Cancellation by k444

k444 may suspend or permanently cancel an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Detection of prohibited activities.
• In response to a court order or legal claim.

8.2 Cancellation by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals must be settled before cancellation. After the account is cancelled, any valid funds remaining in the balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
